Many entrepreneurs love the printed and bound workbook!
As we approach the end of 2025, you might start thinking about how to transition to the new year with more ease and calm.
The Calm Business Review is your best friend here. It’s my FREE 50-page workbook designed to help you take stock of your business and prepare for the new year. By the end of this 10-step process, you’ll have a solid overview of your business today, as well as a doable action plan for creating more simplicity and space for growth.

I always encourage people to start with the two sections that we’re most prone to procrastinate on: the tech and finance reviews.
Imagine how good it will feel to reach the cosy days between Christmas and New Year, when many of us like to do end-of-year reviews and have the hard parts mostly done!
1. Start with the Tech Review
This is the precursor to the Finance Review and can be quite an eye-opener. Our tech stack is often much higher than we think; all the apps and software programs really add up. This is why taking stock every year is one of the best habits to get into. It will save you money, and it also feels good to lighten the load and reduce the tech overwhelm.
2. Do the Finance Review next
Adding your income and expenses can take a while, so you might as well start now! This will make it much easier when you reach the end of the year and only have to add the data for the last couple of months.
“I did my finance review, and I was able to get rid of two unnecessary subscriptions that I hadn't used in many months. I've also struggled in the past to come up with the amount my business needs to make to live on, and I found step 5 really easy to follow. I finally have ‘my number,’ and I already feel calmer having this info.” –Chiara
How long does it take?
I hate to say it, but it depends! On the size and age of your business, and how organized you are already. For instance, if you’ve done the monthly reviews, including the financials, then this part will be quite easy.
3. Let’s work on the rest together!
Last year, I offered an online coworking session for the first time, and it was such a success that we are doing it again.
We have two dates to accommodate different time zones. You are welcome to attend both. We’ll start with a Q&A for 30 minutes and then cowork for 60 minutes.
Dates:
December 29 at 2 pm Pacific Time
December 30 at 9 am Pacific Time
The link to the sessions is provided in the welcome email.
Hope to see you there!
