Exploring The Eule Planner: Stats Pages

Written by Shauna Reid.

Keeping an eye on the numbers

One of the most practical and versatile features of the Eule planner are the Stats pages.

Each page of this double-page spread contains:

  • A table with the months of the year running down the first column.

  • Four more columns with space to write in your own column headings.

  • A TOTAL row at the bottom of each table, so you can tally up your numbers for the year!

This means you have space to track up to eight different things throughout the year.

Stats, glorious stats!

Whether you’re a devoted stats geek or just like to keep a casual eye on the figures, there are so many ways to put these pages to work.

For your business, you could track:

  • Finance - monthly income and expenses.

  • Newsletter stats - subscriber numbers, open rates.

  • Social media stats - followers, engagement rates, number of new posts created.

On the personal front, this spread is great for logging:

  • Health stats - meditation sessions, blood pressure readings, weight, resting heart rate.

  • Hobbies - number of books read, craft projects completed, words written, plants planted, cakes baked!

  • Movement - miles walked/ran/swam, kilos of weight lifted, number of workout sessions completed.

Showing Up = Progress

Here’s how I’m using one of my Stats pages in 2020. After a few years in the workout wilderness, I’m slowly rediscovering the joys of movement. I wanted a simple way to note down my workouts: no matter the intensity or duration, showing up is what counts!

All I do is make a note when I complete a workout in my chosen activity categories of swimming, weights, yoga/pilates and walking. After years of either over or under-doing exercise, I love this judgement-free record of my progress.

How are you using your Stats pages?

We’d love to see! Feel free to take a photo of your Stats pages and tag us @euleplanner / #euleplanner.
